Can a notary issue an apostille in Florida?
No. A notary can notarize a document to be apostilled. The apostille has to be issued through the Dept of State in Tallahassee. We can notarize and have our Tallahassee office obtain your apostille from the Dept. of State.
What is a mobile notary?
Mobile notary service is helpful for signers that are unable to travel, for example someone in the hospital or rehab facility that needs a document notarized.
Our Palm Harbor mobile notary service is available to travel to you throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.
Our Tallahassee mobile notary service is available to travel to you throughout Tallahassee, Havana, Crawfordville, and Monitcello.
Mobile notary fees vary depending on location, time, and services required.
Do we need witnesses to get married in Florida?
Do you offer remote online notary service?
The signer does not need to be in Florida to have their document online notarized. Our online notarizations are valid in all U.S. states and territories. We can facilitate your online notarization anywhere in the world if you meet the minimum requirements.
What are your business hours?
Remote online notary service is available Monday-Friday 9am-8:30pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-8pm.
We do offer rush service, after hours service, weekend, and holiday service. Additional fees will apply for speciality service, please contact us so we can help you in a bind.
