Remote online notary aka RON started as a necessity during COVID and has now become one of our customer’s favorite convenient services. To complete an online notary, your device must have a webcam and microphone. You do not have to physically be in Florida to get your document notarized- you can be anywhere in the world; your document will be notarized by a Florida notary that is in Florida.

Basic online notary service:
One notary stamp and One signer $35
- $10 per additional notary stamp
- $25 for each additional signer
- $20 for weekend online notary
Rush online notary request- $50 For same day online notary service
International online notary service:
- One notary stamp and one signer.
- $20 for each additional notary stamp
- $25 for each additional signer
- Signers must have a “Green Card”, USA Visa, or passport stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalisation Service

It depends on how many documents and signers are needed. Typically if it’s just a couple documents it takes only a 5 minutes for an online notary session
