Can you notarize Real Estate closing documents?
Yes, we are all experienced notary signing agents, and are very familiar with all kinds of closing documents such as Purchase closings, refinance, Home Equity loans, Reverse mortgages and more.. We can go through the closing documents, notarize, and have you sign where needed.
Where are you located?
We have a Palm Harbor notary, Tallahassee notary, and a Dunedian notary. You can come to one of our locations, we can travel to you, or we can do an online notary session.
Do you have an embossing seal?
Our Palm Harbor notary can provide a notarization with an embossed seal, however, it is not necessary when notarizing documents. Some states or international documents ask for an embossed seal.
The use of a Notary stamp is required in Florida. Some Notaries use an embosser in addition to their Notary stamps for extra fraud protection, but it cannot be used as the sole official seal of a Florida Notary Public. Notaries are advised to keep their seal in a secure location when not in use.
What are your business hours?
Palm Harbor notary and Tallahassee notary is available Monday-Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-8pm.
Remote online notary service is available Monday-Friday 9am-8:30pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-8pm.
We do offer rush service, after hours service, weekend, and holiday service. Additional fees will apply for speciality service, please contact us so we can help you in a bind.

Do we need witnesses for a Will and Power of Attorney?
Yes, two witnesses are required for wills, and power of attorney documents. They cannot be a part of the document or family members.
Can you notarize adoption papers?
Yes, we can. Adoption papers can be very complex and sensitive. We will help you through the process, and ensure that your adoption papers are done correctly.
Can you swear someone in for a court hearing?
Yes, we can go to the location, see the ID, and swear the individual in at the time requested of the hearing..
Can you notarize divorce papers?
Yes, we can notarize divorce papers. We cannot give any legal advice.
Can you provide Florida apostille services?
Yes, our Tallahassee notary handles all our apostilles quickly. Your document must be properly notarized by a Florida notary. Instead of waiting weeks to get back from the Department of State, you can ship your documents to us and we’ll get your apostille within a couple of days.
If your document is not notarized, we can notarize the documents needing apostille certifications and have them sent to our Tallahassee office where they will be hand delivered to the Florida Department of State. We can provide remote notary services or provide our mobile notary services to properly notarize your documents. We are all experienced and familiar with apostilles and the legal documents requiring notarization and proper notarization to get apostilled.
What is required to be married in Florida?
A valid Florida marriage license. We can notarize your marriage license with or without a wedding ceremony. Marriage licenses can be obtained at any county clerk’s office in Florida or we offer a convenient “Show Up and Get Married” mail away license service.
