What do you need to have done?
Legal documents such as wills, power of attorney, financial documents require notarization. Many of these documents also require to have two witnesses. Facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes, health care facilities and rehab centers are not allowed to act as witnesses on patients legal documents. Check with the facility see if they are allowed to act as witnesses before deciding for us to come to notarize the documents. Documents must be filled out completely before signing the documents. We can provide witnesses with advance notice. Signers are required to have a valid government issued identification such as a driver’s license or Florida identification card issued by the DMV, and must be of sound mind.
Florida Apostille Service
Many foreign countries require documents to have a Florida apostille. Florida apostilles are issued at the Dept of State in Tallahassee. We can come to you to notarize your documents if you are in one of our local service areas such as Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater or Tallahassee or immediate surrounding areas. If the documents have already been notarized, you can send the documents directly to us at our office in Tallahassee. We do also offer remote notarizations where we could notarize your documents online with you, and then we can get the apostille. Access to a computer with a webcam and microphone is required as well as the ability for us to receive, scan and email the document so we can get the apostille. We have an office in Tallahassee, and we would physically take your documents to the state to get the apostille, and then return them to you. We can also do filing of Florida new corporations’ documents and obtain certified copies of your corporations documents. We also offer translation services with over 52 languages. Our website has the rates, order forms, and steps for you to complete for our apostille services. We offer a rush service and can get them back to you in two business days.
Florida marriage wedding
Florida notaries can perform weddings or we can simply notarize the license so it’s legal. Witnesses are not required to be married in Florida. You would need to have a valid Florida marriage license. We can notarize and return the license for you or give it back to you to take back to the county yourself. The county will record your marriage and give your certified copy back to you right away. Marriage licenses can be obtained at any Florida courthouse and doesn’t have to be in the same county as where you are married. We do also offer a convenient “Show Up and Get Married” mail away marriage license service where you don’t have to go to the courthouse. We are flexible, and have wedding packages available with officiant, photographer, setups and more. Male or female, religious or non-religious ceremonies as well as Spanish officiant. Florida does not allow Marriage licenses to be notarized remotely. We also perform vow renewal ceremonies. No legal documents are required for a vow renewal. Vow renewals can be done same day or with advance bookings. We have packages for vow renewals ceremonies, and can perform surprise ceremonies as well!!
